Become an Influencer

LetsGo Influencers are independent contractors (1099), not employees. This means:

• This is a 100% commission-based role — there is no base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed pay
• You are not a W-2 employee of Olson Creations LLC (DBA "LETS GO OUT")
• You are responsible for your own taxes, including self-employment tax
• You will receive a 1099-NEC form for earnings over $600/year
• No benefits, health insurance, or PTO are provided
• You set your own schedule and methods of content creation
• There is no exclusivity requirement — you may work with other companies, but you may not promote competing platforms to the same audience you promote LetsGo to
• Either party may terminate the relationship at any time with written notice. Outstanding commissions for completed referrals will still be paid

As a LetsGo Influencer, you earn for every Active Paying User who signs up with your code. An Active Paying User is someone who creates an account through your code and uploads at least one approved receipt — meaning they're actually using LetsGo, not just registering. Rates work like tax brackets — each Active Paying User earns the rate of the tier it falls into:

• You receive a unique referral code after approval
• Share your code through your content, stories, bios, and more
• Earn a commission for every Active Paying User — a signup who uploads at least one approved receipt
• Higher Active Paying counts unlock higher payout tiers

Per-Active-Paying-User rate. Rates are subject to change with notice.

Commission is earned only on Active Paying Users — referred users who have uploaded at least one approved receipt. A signup alone does not earn a commission. The user must engage with LetsGo and have a receipt approved by a business.

Your dashboard shows Total Signups (your reach) and Active Paying (your earnings basis) separately. Both matter, but only the second one generates commission.

Prohibited: self-attribution (signing up your own account under your code), duplicate accounts, fake accounts, fabricated receipts, or any coordinated activity designed to inflate Active Paying counts. Any of these will result in immediate termination, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and may be referred for legal action.

Olson Creations LLC d/b/a "LETS GO OUT" reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to manage how and when commissions are paid. By applying you agree to the following:

• Payment timing. We may schedule, defer, batch, or stagger payments over reasonable periods. Large or unanticipated commission totals may be paid out across multiple periods rather than all at once.
• Rate and method changes. We may adjust rate tiers prospectively (users qualifying before the change keep the prior rate) and may change payment methods, currencies, or convert payments to LetsGo account credit of equivalent value.
• Per-period cap. We may impose a maximum per-period payout cap. Any excess rolls into subsequent periods.
• Holdback reserve. Up to 30% of any commission may be held back as a reserve against fraud, chargebacks, or clawbacks, released net of claims within 90 days of accrual.
• Audit rights. We may audit your promotional activity and supporting documentation at any time. Payments tied to audited activity may be held without interest pending resolution.
• No interest on delays. No interest, penalty, or additional consideration accrues on any deferred or rescheduled payment.
• Set-off. Any amount you owe us (including clawbacks for prohibited conduct) may be deducted from amounts we owe you.
• No assignment. You may not transfer, pledge, or assign your commission rights to anyone else without our written consent.
• Program changes. We may modify, suspend, or end the Influencer Program at any time with reasonable notice.
• No guarantees to users. You may not promise referred users any specific cash-back amount, payout schedule, business participation, or outcome beyond what LetsGo publicly states.
• Brand use is limited. Use of the LetsGo name, logo, and brand assets is limited to approved materials and channels. Approval can be revoked.
• Confidentiality. Your individual rate structure, total compensation, and any individualized terms are confidential — do not disclose them to other influencers or the public.
• At-will engagement. Either party may end the relationship at any time. Performance in one period does not guarantee renewal.

These reservations exist so we can run the program sustainably as it scales — we're committed to paying what you've earned, but on terms that protect both sides from fraud and from cash-flow shocks during viral moments.
