Visit a participating LetsGo business, upload a photo of your receipt in the app, and cash back is credited to your account after the business approves the receipt. Payout percentages increase the more you visit the same business — starting at 5% and climbing to as much as 20% for our most loyal customers.

Your rewards accumulate in your LetsGo balance as receipts are approved. Once you reach the payout minimum, you can request a cash out to your linked bank account or supported payment method. Payouts are processed via Stripe.

Businesses may reject receipts that are unreadable, duplicated, or from a date/location that doesn't match. If you believe a rejection was in error, email us at support@useletsgo.com with your account email and the receipt in question and we'll investigate.

Open the app, tap your profile, tap the Settings gear, then go to the Account tab. From there you can add or update a card (used for premium purchases) and add or update your cash-out method (used to receive payouts).

Visit useletsgo.com/partner-onboarding to start the business signup flow. It takes about 10 minutes. You choose your reward tiers, upload verification documents, and we get you live once everything is confirmed.

Email support@useletsgo.com from the email address on your account and request account deletion. We'll remove your personal information within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements for financial and tax records.

Every video and photo on the Experiences feed has a report button (top-right of the post). Tap it to flag content for review by our moderation team. You can also email us with a description and screenshot.
